Alyssa Carson: A 17-years-old girl who could be the first person to be on Mars

Every human being has a dream of getting into space and enjoying the moment. She also has a dream to be first person to step on the Mars. Meet, Alyssa Carson, a 17-years-old girl who is targeting a 2033 mission to Mars. She was born on March 10,2001 in Hammond, Louisiana, U.S.A.

Carson is an American space enthusiast and public speaker. She has visited several space camps in U.S, Turkey and other countries. In 2013, Cason became the first person to complete the NASA passport program by going to all 14 NASA Visitor Centers in U.S.A. She is also an ambassador for the Mars One private spaceflight project. In 2014, she appeared on famous TV show Steve Harvey and honored as youngest female groundbreaker. She has also featured on BBC, CBS, Independent, NBC Nighty Show, Australian Daily Telegraph etc. In 2016, she became the youngest person to be accepted to the Advance PoSSUM (Polar Suborbital Science in the Upper Mesosphere) Academy. She has even appeared in the movie The Mars Generation.

She will be 32 years old by the time she will step on the red planet. Until then, she is required to get PhD in Astrobiology and complete a professional certificate in applied astronautics. She determined to be first person to step on Mars when she was watching Nickelodean TV show The Backyardigans at the age of 3.
